Non-Inducement Letter of Release

By completing this non-inducement form, I acknowledge that I was not solicited by Holton Buggs - or any 3kmg leader - about a business opportunity. At my own free will and my personal right to conduct business, wherever and with whomever I choose, I initiated contact with Buggs/3K Marketing Group to learn about the current business opportunity he is pursuing due to my dissatisfaction with my current business relationship as an Independent Contractor. I understand that no company has a right to restrict my business trade or attempt to threaten my ability to secure my business and financial future.

At no time has Holton Buggs - or any 3kmg leader - ever slandered his previous company or provided me with false details about that company. In the event that I decide to participate with Buggs/3K Marketing Group in a current or future business opportunity, I understand that it is my personal right as an Independent Contractor to do so. Any decision to terminate any current business relationship(s) and join another business will be based upon my personal due diligence without being coerced or enticed by Buggs/3K Marketing Group or any other company.

In the event that Holton Buggs is harassed by his former company in an attempt to hold him or any 3kmg leader liable for soliciting me, I will be willing to file a complaint with several regulatory agencies and testify in court on Buggs/3k Marketing Group?s behalf as it relates to this non-inducement letter. In the event that any company tries to restrict my business trade, I will consider participating in a class action litigation suit for compensation due to harm caused to me by deceptive trade practice and harm to my reputation and business.
